Ordering

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, but we’ll always try our best to make changes before we ship your order. The best way to do so is to email us ASAP. Please place “CHANGE ORDER” or “CANCEL ORDER” in the subject line.

What’s the status of my order?

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation you should be able to track your package, and delivery. Otherwise, you can reach out to us anytime and we can provide an update.

What if something I ordered arrived damaged?

Once the package has been handed over to USPS, STATESIDE MERCANTILE is no longer liable. Contact us right away at stateside.mercantile@gmail.com. We will review the damage, and see if there is anything we can do.

Can you ship to P.O. boxes?

We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes. If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address we will contact you to get an alternative address. Please be mindful this may delay your delivery.

Are vintage items returnable?

Our vintage items are NOT returnable. Please read the descriptions, and measurements carefully before placing your order.

Fitting + Sizing

How do I know my size?

Please refer to measurements in description where applicable. If sized differently it will be marked in the item description. As will any items that run large or small.

Sold Out

The item I want says it’s Sold Out. When will it become available again?

If an item is Sold Out, we are completely sold out. There is a chance we may restock an item/style, if you’d like to be notified of a stocking please feel free to get in touch stateside.mercantile@gmail.com . If the item is vintage it is definitely completely Sold Out!

Sale Items

What does Final Sale mean?

All items marked final sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I return Sale items?

All items marked greater than 50% off or final sale cannot be returned. If you send a sale Item (greater than 50% off or final sale) back to us for a return we will not process the return. You can request to have it shipped back at your expense.
